After submitting the basic information, the user is immediately taken to the edit profile page. This is an optional page that can be skipped, but allows the user to include more personal information on their Listal profile.

Listal benefits from a large community contributing a large amount of items. To require a monthly membership fee or other payment from members would counter act the site’s appeal. Thankfully, Listal realizes this and is available at no cost to the user. Anyone can stop by the site, create an account and begin using Listal features for free. There is nothing stated as to whether this will change in the future. At this point, Listal does not offer enough features to warrant a premium account, so the site has made a good choice in allowing users complete access at no cost.
